ActReady provides the Regulation Control Plane — a structural enforcement layer for AI governance in regulated environments. Services include platform access, consulting, and executive sessions.

3. Intellectual property

All content, software, methodologies and materials provided by ActReady are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

4. Confidentiality

Information shared during executive sessions, assessments and consulting engagements is treated as confidential. We apply Chatham House Rule to all closed sessions.

5. Liability

ActReady provides governance infrastructure and advisory services. We do not provide legal advice. Our services support your compliance efforts but do not guarantee regulatory compliance. Regulatory responsibility remains with your organisation.

6. Data processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including the GDPR. Our infrastructure is EU-hosted.

7. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
